Lady Boss Blogger Course – How to Make Money as an Influencer
This one is for all of my influencer friends, and those that are thinking of becoming an influencer…
I’ve been on Instagram since 2012, but I didn’t start my Fashion and Furbabies page until December 2018. I spent the first 4 months literally trudging through any and all information I could find about how to grow my account, how to increase engagement on my account, how to connect with my followers. And you guys… it can become pretty overwhelming! I’ve spent hours reading articles on google, watching YouTube videos only to find the same information given over and over again, and none of it is really that helpful, unless you have a ton of free time on your hands.
But here I am, over a year later, and I finally feel like I am ready to take my Instagram page and blog to the next level. That’s when I found. the Lady Boss Blogger courses. I have been telling my friends for months that I am ready to start reaching out to brands but I have not really had any idea about how to start doing that in a way that would be successful. I knew the LadyBossBlogger “Make Money as an Influencer” course was the one for me.

This course is not only for those of us who have been in the game for a while, it’s for everyone, even if you haven’t started your blog yet. Can you imagine getting all of the good information in one place rather than having to dig around the internet for it? This course literally starts at the beginning and gives you tips like:

– and How to increase your engagement rates
It also goes through some tips about how to decide what kind of profile you want and how to optimize your social media pages.
These are all really great reminders too for those of us who have been blogging for a while. We can forget about some of these details over time and it’s really great to read about it again, take notes (I have pages and pages of them), and tweak our social media and blog pages every so often to keep things looking fresh and staying on brand.
Speaking of Branding – This course goes through that too
Your blog pages are a reflection of what you love most. I love sharing about clothes, makeup and skincare and my goal is to have my followers trust my options and purchase, and enjoy, the products I recommend as much as I do. I want to be real and personable, kind of like your online friend. And ultimately, I want to build a brand that other brands want to work with.
This course also teaches you how to do that! How to build a business plan and calendar around your brand. How to create amazing pictures. And how to make it all relate back to your brand.
How to Pitch Brands and Make Money
Lets get into the real bread and butter of it all. I’ve asked friends and friends have asked me… how do we actually make money as an influencer and how do we reach out to brands? This is where I really needed help. I still have a few modules left to finish the course, but here is what I have learned so far:
–How to make the perfect pitch email
– How to find brands and promote products
And y’all – this is just the beginning! I cannot wait to finish up the last 3 modules and start reaching out to the ever-growing list of brands that I have waiting to take action on.
Another thing I love about this course is how easy it is to read and how straight to the point the modules are. It doesn’t take long to move through this course, so if you are like me and don’t have a lot of free time… this has been amazing to get through!
